Thanks to all supporters, we continue our mission to help individuals reenter society and thrive. | FACER Project 2024Through a subaward through FLIPP Inc. funded from the Department of Labor, LOCFS offers outreach, case management, and a 3-week paid internship in renewable energy, achieving a 100% completion rate in 2024 for the first Cohort. Out of 28 participants, 21 passed the NABCEP PV Associate exam on their first attempt, and six secured jobs in the sector within four months post-training. | Making History and Celebrating Progress in Reentry: Renewable Energy Certifications at Piedmont RegiWitnessing the growth of Piedmont Regional Jail's reentry programs to include renewable energy certifications was inspiring! The graduation ceremony honored the graduates' achievements.
